Due to reaching the maximum allowable number of COVID cases in our production group, the Mountain Play must cancel our June 19th performance of Hello, Dolly! to protect the health and safety of our team and audience. 

The pandemic has wreaked havoc on so many lives and businesses; we know that we are not alone.

If you are holding a ticket for June 19, please reply by June 27, 2022 to the email sent out today, June 17, to the name of the ticket purchaser.

Due to the heavy call volume, email is the best and fastest way to communicate with us as this time.

Mountain Play has created wheelchair-accessible seating for every performance. To use this section, you must contact the Administrative Office directly by calling (415) 383-1100. We provide a shaded platform available for two people in the party maximum – one space for the guest with a disability and one for their companion. Chairs are provided for guests and can be added for those wheelchair users who would like to transfer. Space is limited on this platform – please call before the performance day and reserve your space. (On our Seating Map, Accessibility Seating is colored red.)

Buy before March 31, 2022, to take advantage of Early-Bird pricing – additional $5 all adult and senior General Seating tickets.

TICKET AND ORDER INFORMATION

  • NO REFUNDS for any ticket purchase, including parking – this is an industry standard.
  • STATE PARK ACCESS FEE – New for 2022: an additional fee of 10% will be applied to your ticket order. This helps to offset the financial cost of the footprint we all leave on the mountain. 
  • There is a $4 Processing Fee per ticket, up to $20 maximum per order. This fee goes directly to the Mountain Play to help cover the cost of processing your order. The Mountain Play does not use a 3rd-party ticketing service
  • An additional $5 Fee per order will apply to all General Seating tickets ordered over the phone.
  • Tickets purchased online within one week of the performance date will be held at the front gate box office Will Call on the Mount Tamalpais. Upon arrival, provide the person’s last name that made the order. 

All Gates and Box Office open at 9 a.m. on performance days. Please wait until the gates open to save your seats.

Exchanges:
$10  fee per order for General Seating.
All exchanges (General and Reserved Seating) are subject to availability and current pricing.
There is no charge to exchange Reserved Seating, though it is still subject to availability.
In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather or weather alert, your tickets will be valid for the backup performance date (At company discretion alternative performances may be made available.) Check our FAQ page for more details.

Air Force Lot Parking

We offer reserved parking on Mount Tamalpais about a mile beyond Cushing Memorial Amphitheatre.
Reservations are $40 per car if purchased online or $50 at the gate.
Please reserve online as parking is very limited. Carpooling is highly advised!

NOTE: At the end of the show, drivers will pick up the return shuttle at the Rock Spring parking lot. See the shows program for exit information.

There is no overnight parking at the Air Force Lot. This lot does get locked at night – please plan accordingly!

Accessibility Parking

For guests with ADA Parking Placards, please call the administrative office at (415) 383-1100 to reserve a place in the Rock Spring Parking Lot.

We offer parking for altered and wheel chair capable vehicles for guests who have made a reservation previous to the performance in our Madrone Parking Lot.

Shuttle Parking in Mill Valley

There is free parking at both of the Mill Valley shuttle pick up parking lots.
The cost to take the shuttles are $10 for adults, $5 for youth ages 4 – 25.
There are two shuttle pick ups: Manzanita Commuter Park and Ride and Tamalpais High School.
Manzanita Park and Ride can flood from extremely high tides.
